How are orders placed on Liren delivered to me?

All orders placed on Liren are dispatched through our courier partners such as Delhivery, Shree Tirupati Courier, Blue Dart, Etc.

Does Liren deliver products outside India?

Yes. At this point, Liren delivers products outside India but shipping charges shall be levied extra which depends upon the country to be shipped.

What is Liren’s Fair Usage Policy?

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect Convenience fee of INR 149 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we are offering such service and your area pin code is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

What is No-Contact delivery?

Liren is focused on the health and safety of our customers and employees. Based on regional regulations and social distancing requirements; there is a change to the way we’re delivering your items. To adhere to the contactless or no-contact delivery, the delivery associate will leave your order at your doorstep and maintain a 2-meter distance.

Guaranteed Delivery Terms and Conditions

If we provide a guaranteed delivery date on the checkout page, your s

hipping fees may be refunded if we miss our promised delivery date.

The following requirements must be met to qualify for a delivery guarantee refund:

  • Shipping method selected is shipping option advertised on a product detail page.
  • Order is shipping to eligible address.
  • Order is placed before “order within” countdown listed on the checkout page. The “order within” countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place your order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date is included in your order confirmation E-mail. Contact us with any concerns.
  • If you order contains items that aren’t eligible for guaranteed delivery, shipping preference “Ship my items as they become available” is selected.
  • Your credit or debit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the checkout page.
  • The guarantee does not apply if we miss our promised delivery date because of an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, or severe winter storm. Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate.
    • An attempted delivery on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee.
    • An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the guaranteed delivery date meets our delivery guarantee
